Provisional status is valid for up to 2 years.

 Payment details will be forwarded after receipt of the application form.

 
Site inspection fees

Site inspection fees will be invoiced to the applying institution and will be based on the actual cost (auditor's payment and travel expenses).

Fees for Final Status*

COE designation will be valid for 3 consecutive years. (No annual fees will apply)

 

Renewal of COE designation*

Another site inspection will have to follow in order to renew the COE designation. (Site inspection fees are included in the COE renewal fees.)
The renewal will be valid for 3 additional consecutive years.  

 

SURGEON OF EXCELLENCE (SOE) PROGRAM

 

 Fees for Provisional status*

Provisional status is valid for up to 2 years.

Payment details will be forwarded after receipt of the application form.

 

Fees for Final Status*

	3,500 Euro

Virtual site inspection is included in the final status fees (if the virtual site inspection concludes that an on-site inspection is required, on-site inspection fees will be charged)

SOE designation will be valid for 3 consecutive years. (No annual fees will apply)

 

Renewal of SOE designation*

	3,500 Euro

Another site inspection will have to follow in order to renew the SOE designation. (Site inspection fees are included in the SOE renewal fees.)
The renewal will be valid for 3 additional consecutive years.

* Based on the indirect taxation legislation of Cyprus and European Union, please note the following:

1. Transactions with entities from European Union member States, which are VAT registered with a valid VAT number, are subject to Cyprus Zero VAT rate, and therefore no VAT will be charged.
2. Transactions with entities from European Union member States, which are NOT VAT registered WITHOUT a valid VAT number, are subject to Cyprus Standard VAT rate, and therefore extra VAT will be charged, currently at 19%.
3. Transactions with entities from NON European Union member States, currently are excluded from Cyprus VAT, and therefore no VAT will be charged.

Based on the above, Institutions in the European Union that do not have a VAT number will be charged an additional VAT 19%.
For Institutions in the European Union, having VAT number, no additional VAT will apply.
Surgeons in the European Union, paying on their own, are subjected to an additional VAT 19%.
Institutions and Companies with VAT number, covering Surgeons' expenses, are excluded from the extra VAT charge.
Institutions and Surgeons outside the European Union, are excluded from any extra VAT charge.
